Pwnage is out for 2.0.1 (pwnage v2.0.2 actually). You can download it now and get started. Also, there are already custom firmware images available if you are on Windows. Here are the steps and details:
OSX: Download pwnage here. Use this guide.
Windows: Winpwn is out. Download it here. Use this guide.
Windows option #2: Use xpwn (not for the faint of heart). The guide has been updated for 2.0.1 firmware bundles.
Note: if you are already pwned you can just take the custom firmware image appropriate for your device and just restore with it in iTunes and you should be upgraded and still pwned. Check my links page for help finding these things.
For both OSX and Windows, when you are all down, read these instructions for important information.
Remember that for the most part, nothing has changed in the procedure.
