Apps not launching

Hi, just need some help with figuring out what’s wrong – I’ve jailbroken my iPhone 3G on OS 4.0.2 and it’s great, been playing with WinterBoard and that all works fine.

I’ve tried installing BossPrefs, videorecorder3g and Cycorder but when I launch any of these 3 they just fail to load, it launches the app and goes back to the hom screen after about 3 seconds. Tried reinstalling and removing and reinstalling but just does the same.

Any ideas?

Un jailbreak an iTouch?

My nephew “jailbreaked” his iTouch and wants to restore it. Being a PC/Zune guy I no nothing about this.
He tell me he is getting a Apple with a gear on his screen and iTunes does not recognize the iTouch. Help Please
